Your licence

A Wavenote licence covers 2 devices at a time, and they can be a Mac and an iPhone. Wavenote+ covers every device you own. You can release one yourself from Settings whenever you like.

The iPhone app and Apple's standard licence

The iPhone app you get from the App Store is licensed to you under these terms and under Apple's standard end user licence agreement, apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where the two disagree, Apple's agreement decides that point.

Wavenote+ renews by itself

Wavenote+ is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The app shows the price and the period, as the App Store quotes them, before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews for another period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal is charged to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your device's Settings under your Apple Account, or from Settings, then Licence, in the app. Cancelling keeps Wavenote+ working until the period you paid for ends. We don't refund the unused part of a period.

Refunds

A purchase made in the App Store is refunded by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com, and we can't refund it ourselves. A purchase made on the web can be refunded within 30 days, no questions asked. A web refund ends the licence, so the app stops working on every device you activated it on. Wavenote is a paid app rather than a free one with a paid extra, and the refund returns the whole purchase.

Warranty

The software is provided as is. We do not guarantee any particular recognition accuracy, and you should not rely on it where a mistranscription would be dangerous.
